Terms and conditions
- Each 5 week course costs £90 per dog. Payable at your first class by cash or bank transfer. You will complete 5 x one hour long classes, one class per week for 5 consecutive weeks. This is non refundable.
- If you are unsure whether to commit to the 5 week course, you are welcome to come and observe any class prior to booking and paying for a course.
- All pups must be fully vaccinated and microchipped and healthy, with no illness or disease, free from flees, worms, etc.
- Pups are accepted for training from 12 weeks of age up to a maximum age of 10 months
- All pups must be friendly, without aggression towards people or other pups to ensure everyone is calm, relaxed and safe and other pups are not frightened.
- Aggressive pups will not be accepted on the course.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any accident, injury or illness caused during the course and advise all owners to have their pup fully insured.
- Occasionally classes may be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances and we will inform owners as soon as possible to arrange alternative dates.
- For best possible results training must be carried out at home between classes and continue after the course is completed.
